وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ ۚ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ الْوَرِيدِ ۝ إِذْ يَتَلَقَّى الْمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌ

— Surah Qaf, Ayah 16-17

And We created the human, and We know what his soul whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein. When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left…

اور ہم نے انسان کو پیدا کیا، اور ہم جانتے ہیں جو اس کے نفس میں سرگوشی کرتا ہے، اور ہم اس سے اس کی رگِ گردن سے زیادہ قریب ہیں۔ جب دونوں ملنے والے فرشتے دائیں اور بائیں بیٹھے ہوں۔
