Surah Yunus, Verse 107
وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ وَإِن يُرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلَا رَادَّ لِفَضْلِهِ
"And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, then there is no repeller of His bounty."

اور اگر اللہ تمہیں کوئی تکلیف پہنچائے تو اسے کوئی ہٹانے والا نہیں سوائے اس کے، اور اگر وہ تمہارے لیے بھلائی چاہے تو اس کے فضل کو کوئی روکنے والا نہیں۔
Explanation
All help and harm are in Allah's hand alone—trust in Him removes dependency on creation for relief or blessing.

Part of the call to worship Allah alone and rely on Him in all circumstances.
