Surah Maryam, Verse 40
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَرِثُ الْأَرْضَ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِلَيْنَا يُرْجَعُونَ
"Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned."

بے شک ہم ہی زمین اور اس پر جو کوئی ہے اس کے وارث ہیں، اور انہیں ہماری طرف لوٹنا ہے۔
Explanation
All creation will perish and Allah alone will remain as the true inheritor; everything returns to Him for judgment.
