Surah Ar-Rahman, Verse 1-4
الرَّحْمَٰنُ عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ
"The Most Merciful. He taught the Quran. He created mankind. He taught him speech."

Explanation
