Surah Al-Hashr, Ayah 19
وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَأَنسَاهُمْ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
And do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.
اور ان لوگوں جیسے نہ بنو جنہوں نے اللہ کو بھلا دیا تو اللہ نے انہیں خود اپنے آپ سے غافل کر دیا۔ یہی لوگ نافرمان ہیں۔
Explanation
Forgetting Allah leads to forgetting oneself—identity, purpose, and moral compass all dissolve without divine remembrance.
