Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 26
يَا بَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُوَارِي سَوْآتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا ۖ وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ
"O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness—that is best."

اے اولاد آدم! ہم نے تم پر لباس نازل کیا جو تمہاری شرمگاہوں کو ڈھانپے اور زینت ہو، اور تقویٰ کا لباس وہ بہتر ہے۔
Explanation
Outward dress covers and adorns the body; the garment of taqwa—piety and God-consciousness—is the superior covering in Allah's sight.
