قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ ۝ وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّهِ فَصَلَّىٰ

These verses define true success (falah) through three essential actions: self-purification (tazkiyah), remembrance of Allah's name, and prayer. Self-purification involves cleansing oneself from sins, bad character traits, and spiritual impurities while developing good qualities. Remembering Allah's name includes both verbal remembrance and keeping Allah in mind throughout daily activities. Prayer represents the formal worship that connects the believer directly with Allah.
