وَأَنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ الْمُنتَهَىٰ وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ
And that to your Lord is the finality. And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep.
